- Turnover of 3–500 MSEK
- Between 2–249 employees
- An equity of minimum 1 MSEK
- Management commitment to international growth
Framework
- Three group workshops - Market prioritisation, Market alignment & Market Entry with Introduction to Business Plan Calculation and Export Canvas (total of 12 hours)
- Individual work including corresponding work materials
- Two individual advisory meetings between workshops, booked in consultation with Business Sweden
- Ultimately, you and Business Sweden will have collaboratively developed a concrete Export plan.
